Overview

The Linn Valley Lakes Property Owners Association is currently soliciting associations to utilize the Deer Trace Golf Course for Corporate and Charitable Golf Tournaments. Our Deer Trace Golf Course offers the ideal situation for a Corporation or Charity to "get away from it all" and spend a memorable day in the country with co-workers and friends. Deer Trace Golf Course offers a secluded spot with excellent scenery to enhance your tournament's quality. The abundant wildlife and expansive views greatly enhance the golfing experience.

We supply the carts, course and all the good times your organization needs to make for an unforgettable outing.

Whether your golf outing is large or small you'll love the experience provided at Linn Valley Lakes, a secret hideaway to call your own.

Fees

Weekday or Weekend:

$30 per Person  

* There are twenty (30) carts available at Deer Trace Golf Course. If additional carts are required for a tournament, the cost of renting the additional carts will be the responsibility of the sponsor of the tournament.

Catering (Food and Beverage)

Deer Trace Golf Course will arrange for food and beverage service at a very reasonable price. Absolutely no outside food or beverages are allowed on the premises.

Directions

From Kansas City: From 435, take Highway 69 south to the 399th Street exit and go west ½-mile to Jingo Road.  Turn south at the stop sign.  At the Linn County Line, Jingo Road becomes Ullery Road.  Continue south to the Linn Valley Lakes entrance.
From Fort Scott:

Take Highway 69 north to the Junction of Highways 69 and 152 (LaCygne, KS exit).  Take 152 west approximately one-mile to Ullery Road and turn north to the Linn Valley Lakes entrance (approximately two-miles).

From Ottawa:

Take Highway 68 east to Highway 69.  Proceed south approximately 15 miles to the 399th Street exit and go west ½-mile to Jingo Road.  Turn south at the stop sign.  At the Linn County Line, Jingo Road becomes Ullery Road.  Continue south to the Linn Valley Lakes entrance.

From Butler: Take Highway 52 west to Highway 69.  Take Highway 69 north to the Junction of Highways 69 and 152 (LaCygne, KS exit).  Take 152 west approximately one-mile to Ullery Road and turn north to the Linn Valley Lakes entrance (approximately two-miles).
