Welcome to the Linn Valley Lakes Property Owners Association website. We have tried to include everything you might want to know about our recreational and residential community located approximately thirty minutes south of the metropolitan Kansas City area along scenic highway 69. Amenities include an 18 hole golf course, lakes and ponds for various water activities (swimming, fishing, boating), as well as meadows and wooded areas. Wild turkeys, deer, and foxes can sometime be viewed from a front porch or your campsite. Camping sites and a limited number of rental cabins are available. We are a gated community.
