Cabins

Linn Valley Lakes has two cabins and a duplex cabin that may be rented by property owners. One cabin is located near the front entrance behind the Community Center and the other cabin and duplex cabin is located in the campground. The larger cabins sleep up to 6 people and rent for $60 per night from April 1 to September 30 and $50 per night October 1 to March 31. These cabins offer a full-size bed, a set of built-in bunk beds and a foldout futon. The kitchen includes a cook top range with oven and small refrigerator. The bath facilities have a shower stall, stool, and lavatory. A $50 deposit is required with an additional $20.00 for pets.

The duplex cabin sleeps up to 4 people and rents for $50 per night from April 1 to September 30 and $40 per night October 1 to March 31. These rooms have a foldout sofa and built-in bunk beds. The kitchen includes a cook top range and small refrigerator. The bath facilities have a shower stall, stool, and lavatory. A $50 deposit is required with an additional $20.00 for pets.

Holiday weekends-Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, Labor Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's require a 2 night minimum 2 night stay.

All POA buildings, including the rental units are non smoking, there is a $200.00 charge for remediation in the rental policy.

Linens, towels, etc. are not provided. Picnic tables and parking is nearby. Reservations must be made through the POA Office by a property owner in good standing at 913-757-4591.

Guests are not allowed to operate personal boats, PWC or any off road vehicles on common properties.  Those privileges are reserved for Property Owners Only.
