Campground

The campground is available for use by property owners and their guests. We offer a total of 47 pull through sites with 30 amp electrical service (select sites offer 50 amp), water and sewer hookups.

Guest camping is on short term only, no more than seven (7) days. Potential buyers may camp up to 14 days as long as they are in contact with the POA Realtor. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis with the General Manager or the Board of Directors.

Tents are only allowed to be placed next to a camper, in the area on the West and South sides of the campground, or the 30amp (Campground B) side of the campground. Pop-Ups are considered and RV and must pay for a campsite.

The maximum stay is 90 days. After 90 days campers and personal belongings must vacate the campground for a minimum of 7 days. If the POA feels this policy is being abused, the camper will be asked to vacate the premises.
